The Story of Harvest by Nandi

Nandi Spolia is excited to share his new dining experience right in the heart of Kamloops, in the DoubleTree by Hilton. He is bringing back his uniquely irresistible Indian flavours, as well as featuring new foods with local creators, bakers, butchers, and farmers. Harvest by Nandi is proud to feature locally baked breads & desserts, locally grown herbs, fruits & vegetables, BC craft beers, handcrafted seasonal cocktails, and a selection of exclusive BC wines.

After being in the Kamloops restaurant industry for 16 years, Nandi parted ways with Flavours of India in 2019 — and after a boring retirement, he’s decided to bring back all of your favourite dishes; Butter Chicken, Aloo Tikki, Shahi Paneer, Prawn Goa Curry, and so many more.

On top of his classic Indian flare, Nandi is proud to introduce some new local creations with Chef Alexander Smith, a French trained Canadian chef. Some of the new features include a Miso-Glazed Salmon served over a bed of wilted spinach, Fried Halloumi, and Seared Chicken Breast with a creamy mushroom sauce over a white wine risotto.

The thing that Nandi is most passionate about is bringing the same great food and service that was expected at his previous restaurant. Working with other local businesses is important to us, as is our work in the community with organizations like Rotary & the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation.

Our Community Involvement

Nandi has been involved in the local Kamloops community for years, and he is excited to continue those same support levels to Harvest by Nandi. Being a strong proponent of the Local Rotary clubs as well as other not for profits in Kamloops, he has always supported the community in a variety of different ways including volunteering as well as offering his restaurant and services for fundraisers, meeting spaces and so much more.
