Nandi Spolia is excited to share his newest dining experience in the heart of Kamloops. He is proud to bring back his uniquely irresistible Indian flavours, & to showcase new favourites & fusions with Chef Alexander Smith.

We are proud to be a local business working with other local creators as we are working to showcase local bakeries, wineries, butchers, & farmers on our menu. Our MicroGreens are grown here in Kamloops, and our vegetables and meats are sourced from local farms. Our freshly baked artisan breads are provided by Brynn’s Bakery.
